[scrolly:h(500), w(340),sy] The yagi held his head low, why did he continue north and so far away from his friends? Crow could not muster the strength to accept Tor putting him off. Yes, he loved her. Yes, she did not seem the same way to him. Why couldn't he just die in that quicksand and have it over with? He just needed to move on and forget about it all, forget and start over, right? That's, after all, how his life had always been for him. Maybe the wolf was better off a constant loner like he had been before he met her, before he met Tor or Brightness or anyone else that could talk back...
"Not even singing could rise my spirits at this moment..." he whispered to himself, eyes plastered to the grassy turf below him. He had not even noticed he had completely crossed the swamp and entered the mafia's territory. He could've cared less too.
Something about the area, when he noticed, seemed familiar... only slightly. Did Dag really live here with Sparta? What had become of his former family? He could not recall siblings or other family members besides his mother and father... what had happened? He felt like something was squeezing the life from his chest as he felt his breaths become sharp and ragged. He remembered that other wolf who saved him from that hybrid Tsunami. Why did he remember it now?
Taking in his surroundings, he realized he had cut through into a new territory. It seemed as though it smelt vaguely of a pack he recalled. No. This was the pack Sparta was from, possibly his father as well. He swallowed nervously as he turned around to try and scent the way back. Back to all he felt he wanted to be apart of now. He had not meant what he said earlier about wanting to go back to the way things were. Crow didn't want to be alone anymore... but he did not want a fight, just a way out. [/scrolly]

The evening was dark, cloudy and filled with fog. The cold air of late autumn mixed with the humidity of the jungle to create a thick blind. Hysteria wasn't bothered by the surreal atmosphere, in fact she found it to be quite romantic. She hummed to herself while she traipsed through the damp flora. Oh, what she wouldn't do for a new play thing.
And it seemed her wish would come true! The hybrid stopped in her tracks when she heard the sound of another animal moving through the brush. With an excited grin, the light blue wolf moved closer to the source of the disturbance.
Two glowing red eyes peered out from the bushes and watched as Crow tried to find his way out. Aw, poor baby looks lost! Hysty thought with a maniacal smile. Did she want to use him as a chew toy? Or maybe try to make friends? Hysteria decided that she first wanted to figure out who he was and what he was doing here.
She popped from the underbrush, appearing at that yagi's right side. "HI!" She barked loudly in his ear, hoping to startle him.

[scrolly:h(500), w(340),sy] The larger male, who jumped out of their pelt, nearly fell over in shock as the other wolf presented herself to him. Her blue colors reminded him of the ocean, of someone he missed dearly. No! He told himself. I will not miss her! I can have a good time on my own without them... Crow's ears laid back as he cleared his throat and glanced towards the other wolf now that he had regained his composure.
"H-Hi..." he felt a bit nervous, this stranger wolf. She had some kind of glint in her eyes. Crow could not place the feelings though. After he caught his breath, the real questions began. "W-who are you? Where am I? I believe I have stumbled upon your pack lands... and I am very sorry.." he mustered a small toothy smile, Crow wanted to make sure the other wolf did not mean him harm. "Uhm..." he glanced from her to the ground, shuffling his paws. "Do you think you could help me get back... to the, uh... Cove?"
The yagi wasn't sure if this is where Brightness had warned him about or if this is where he truly grew up. If it was, he would want more answers... more than the other wolf could possibly supply. That and it wasn't his place to demand information from someone who resided on a territory he was simply passing through. [/scrolly]
