The sky above was not seen through the clouds that draped across the sky, with so few cracks that allowed light into the cove. The water seemed to part, where a small silvery blue speck walked up the slope and towards the open shore, tail dragging as each paw step was light, barely heard. As the creature came into focus, two silvery blue triangular ears protruded from his head, with a delicate green caress of color along the fur covered half of his body. He was a wolf, and a feral one at that. He lived alone unlike many on this terrain did. In his old pack, he was known for murder, but here he was free of his past. His ears twitched as he listened to the sounds of the land that flooded throughout the area, his tail still dragging the ground. His copper and silver eyes were locked on everything in front of him, when a small cawing sound filled his ears.
A small crow by the sounds of it. His face lit up with a smirk, and he stalked over to the location of the sound. Yes, it was a crow; and it happened to be perched on the lowest branch in the tree. Flexing his tail muscles, he swung his tail around to hit the tree. After, to him, what felt like eons, the crow fell, the bird was stunned and watched the wolf. He leaped for it, a foolish move. His teeth grasped it by an inch, and blood trickled into his mouth. Unfortunately, he couldn't grasp the sand and he slammed hard into the tree. If the black bird had not taken over his mouth, the wolf would have screamed as loud as he could; but the many working mechanisms within his body started to work, and his body twisted and his feet landed on the ground, with him in a crouch. Odd eyes wide, the wolf stood, head tilted in shock. How had he just forgot the tree? His mind was truly a wonder...
Eating the crow, the wolf moved back to the sand before laying there, and he began to do something he had not done for what felt like his whole life, which had only been just over two years and what? Six, seven days? Time aside, it had been moons since he had thought about his pack.. And his dead mother. His blue body lay as he began to think of his life from pup-hood to that moment where he lay on the shore, his eyes focused on nothing, and yet focused on everything at the same time.
'Caspian! Guess who!' the voice made his hackles rise. The blue wolf moaned, and glared at the she-wolf that was there now. It was a see-through wolf, a ghost! "What do you want!" he growled as he looked at the evil alphess; the she-wolf who was why he was alone. 'Now now, Hitogoroshi. Don't tre-' she was cut off by a low growl from Caspian. "Shut It!" he snarled, and immediately the she-wolf fell silent, as though he had power over her, but it wouldn't las and he knew it. Why was she bothering him on a calm day? He closed his eyes, hoping that when he opened them she would be gone. He knew it wouldn't work, it never worked. He opened his one copper eye to watch the she-wolf, but she was gone. Where was she?
He startled awake and blinked. "When did I..?"
