Sometimes one must concede the point that one was lost. Right now Sunchaser was following her tail around as she tried to find land marks that she knew. For starters she was in the sky and looking down at a beach. How did she get there though? The red wolf had no idea. A sigh escaped her muzzle before she drove to the ground, bending her knees so that she would not be hurt in the impact.
Sand sprayed around her as the cawing of seabirds met her pointed ears. She closed her sapphire eyes, letting the spray splash her coat lightly as she listened to the sounds of the sea. She always felt comfortable around the sea and truly any type of water. Slowly opening her eyes she looks around her, at the ocean and then the land. Where in the world was she? Last she remembered was forest of her old home.
With a shake of her head she lowers her muzzle to scent at the ground. She smelled other types of wolves as well as other creatures she had only glimpsed. She shrugged as she sat down, her lioness tail wagging in the sand for she was somewhere new. She looked around her eyes going to a pale blue for she was excited and happy. She had run from her old place and was somewhere new. Perhaps those here would be kind like her first pack, hopefully not like her second.

Lord Treemawl Hurlkreez, ruler of all he saw, soared above the Cove, his fierce golden eyes seeking out prey and subjects. Feeling restless, he let loose a mighty screech, announcing his presence to the world at large. Great black and gold wings beat a steady fwof! Fwof! into the air. A regal lion's tail streamed out like a banner, his golden fur blew in the wind. Altogether, Treemawl thought he made a very regal figure.
Spiraling to a landing, the great griffin lord prowled the beach sands, finally coming before a wolf.
"Rakrar!" he screeched, the griffin word for wolf, "What be ye doing this place?" his lupine was horrible, but it got his point across.
If he could pull his lethal black beak into a cruel smile he would have, but as it was, the most he could do was a scowl, forever frozen in the solid of his beak.
"If ye be lookin' tah claim this land, ah'll have t'give ye a housewarmin' gift thou shan't soon ferget!" this time he spoke in the language of griffins. It felt more comfortable, even though he knew the wolf wouldn't understand.

Ami watched the Griffon and the Keiyou. A slight smile was on her face as she listened from under the sea's waves. She had good hearing, but was confused when she heard the Griffon speak in a whole over language.
Ami surfaced, to see what was going on. She ignored the splashing waves and tilted her head at the red Keiyou, and the large Griffon. She was intriuged by both of them, she had never seen a grffion, and for the Keiyou, it's coat was just amazing to her.
She dived back under, making a soft splash that would be thoght of as justan ordinary wave. She liked the taste of the salty sea water, it wasmuch different then the water she grew up in.
Amis golden scales shimmered, and she hoped the glittering would not find it's way into the eys of either one of the creatures.

Eyes went to the skies as the sound of a griffin was heard. She raised a brow slightly as she looked at the creature that spiraled down to her. She snorted shaking her head as sand got into her nostrils. “Please be careful with those things.” Sunchaser tilted her head as her eyes darkened slightly to a normal blue color. “I be doing nothing M’lord except looking for a home. I did not know the place was taken.” She tilted her head then as he spoke in a odd language.
As he spoke though, she saw a glisten of golden color in the water. She had only met one of the water lupines once before in her journey. She tilted her head as she looked at the waters, looking or the glimpse again before turning to the griffin. She watched him, her body moving away enough so that if she needed to run she could. Hopefully she would be faster than the griffin, Sad part was she had just got to the area and already she was becoming a meal.

Treemawl glared disapprovingly at the wolf. He didn't understand all that was said, but a few words, things like "home" "place" and "taken" were familiar to him. He tried to work out the rest, looking at the wolf's body language and eyes.
Altogether he decided that the wolf didn't belong here. However, Treemawl was still the "Lord" of this place and all others, so he decided to let his new "subject" stay. Settling down onto his haunches, Treemawl looked down upon the wolf. He noted that she looked away from him towards the water for a moment. He, too, looked, but saw nothing.
"What look at be ye, rakar?" he asked with his grating voice.

Ami knew the keiyou had spotted her, but she hoped that she hadn't figured her out yet. She was confused greatly at the Griffon's language, his poor attempt at speaking wolf confused her even more. She resurfaced and watch the scene unfold before her, before once again, diving back under.
The sun shone brightly, causing light to reflect off her scaly tail, and if possible, make her tail shine brighter. She mumbled something under her breath and growled, bubbles rising from her muzzle and popping ontop of the water.

Sunchaser tilted her head as she listened to the griffin. “Do what?” She ran over the griffins words over in her mind as he turned to watch the ocean. “OH! What am I looking at?” She shrugged slightly. “I thought I saw a flash of gold. Must have been the light.” She shook her red fur as her wings flashed out quickly and she moved over the ocean. She looked down as the head came out of the water and grinned, twirling around the ocean tops. “If you wish to join us feel free to come out I would rather not be alone.”
With that she moved back to where the griffin was. She landed far enough away that the sand would not go into the others eyes. She folded her wings and bowed to the other once more as she moved forward, looking out into the ocean, she had not imagined the golden scales it was a Cael wolf. Her tail wagged faster for it seemed the griffin wasn’t going to eat her and there was another of the lupine species around. Hopefully they spoke griffin.

Treemawl gave an unlordly squeak of surprise as the wolf took off. He, too, spread his wings, about to chase after her, but closed them again as she spoke to the waves, then flew back.
"Rakar speak waves, why?" he said incoherently. Looking out to the ocean again, he, too, saw a flash of gold. Leaping to his paws, he stared into the frolicking winter waves.
"Who goes there?" he cried in griffin, "Ah'll come and get ye if thou chose to hide to long!" Then, in case it was a wolf, he repeated, "There who is? I come, eat rakar if hide!" He glared at the ocean, as though simply looking at it would make it offer forth the creature, be it griffin or fish or wolf, he didn't care. Subject or food, rule or devour, all was the same to him!
((OOC: The first thing he means to say is "Wolf, why are you talking to the waves?" he wants to know why Sunchaser seems to be talking to the ocean. The second one is pretty obvious. He wants Ami to come out or he'll come after her.))

Ami growled again, but decided to come out before she became bird-lion thing food. She surfaced, then swam to the shore. She raised her head to the two creatures, her front half out of the ocean, and her bottom half still submerged in the cool waters.
She blinked her silver eyes at the two, then responded. "Hi, I'm Ami!" Her bright adittude shone through her annoyance, and she gave the two creatures a crooked smile.
