She walked along the edge of the lake. Getting down the cliff was a task in of itself, but getting to the water under the sheet of ice that capped the lake was a whole other story. How was she supposed to do that? Although Morningstar was the General of the Therian Knights, that by no means meant she was the strongest wolf around. She was a Sennyo, for god's sake! And to make matters worse, she was pregnant. Morningstar was thirsty, pregnant and starting to get a bit upset.
Yes, the Purple Sennyo was getting a bit pudgy from her pregnancy, which wasn't too easy, by the way! It'd been hard. She'd been hungry and thirsty and cold all winter, and her belly area hurt often. She sighed as she put a paw onto the ice and put some weight onto it, seeing if it would break. Not a single crack. What did happen is she almost fell face first onto the ice. Luckily, her other three paws were safely on dry land, so she was able to catch herself. That was a close one. I have to be more careful... She thought. I could've hurt my pups...
Looking up at the gloomy, late day sun and the clouds that flitted across the sky, Morningstar wondered how she could get water. And more, get back to the Denning Tree before nightfall. She cast a rueful glance at the snow that littered the ground. It might be worth the effort... but then it would make her cold and then she'd be cold all the way home. Looking out across the lake again, Morningstar, once again, sighed.

Koga watched intently as the Sennyo female struggled to the banks of the freezing lake. She looked abit on the heavy side as she walked, but a second glance told him she was pregnant. Seeing her struggling, he decided to help her. Sending pebbles clattering through the snow, he approached her with a slight struggling of his own, pushing his body through the snow.
He gently nudged her side, giving his shoulder while realizing his mistake. KOGA!! You're stupid, you don't just jump to the aid of an ailing female!! He could only let out a tiny gasping whimper, hoping she didn't rip him to shreds.
