Even through the darkness of the night skies, the dark wolf walked calmly as he neared the Connewa Meadow. A devious smile spread across his maw as he entered the magnificent grassy area, crimson eyes shimmering in the moons light.
Gabriel walked through the long grass, his mind whirling at the thoughts flowing through his head. Yes.. Yes... This place shall be perfect... He stopped, narrowing his eye to a large ridge just inside the meadows area. He bolted towards it, his muscles tensing under his skin as he leaped up the rocks.
Wind rushed across his face as he stepped out onto the rocks surface. With only a few more steps, he was upon the edge of the ridge. The gentle nightward breeze ruffled his fur as he widely grinned. "Yes..." He gazed down, able to see the whole meadow from the place upon which he stood. He began to shake with excitement. Every wolf could adore him from below, with his magnificent state up here on the ridge, standing mighty and tall. He snickered.
"Hehehe... Orden de Détourné..." The french words came as velvet as he suddenly lifted his head, mastering up a glorious howl, nearly like a lions roar, that echoed across the meadow. He was claiming this land. This was his land now. This was his Order now. This was, the birth of a god.

Annushka’s heavy muzzle nodded deeply as her sharp nose drank in the scents of the meadows. She bumped around in the darkness. But there really wasn’t much difference between night and day for her. It was just either a dark fog or a bright one. Either way, she couldn’t see. The silent female could smell a wolf. His power attracted her.
She remembered the scent of her old master. Every time she was closer to hurting him, he grew more afraid of her. And he only smelled of fear. He would take her voice, her eyes, but he never took her fiery soul. She still had it despite the fact that she could no longer talk or see.
Annushka could smell him close now. Her gray coat blew in the wind and revealed waves of colors, patches underneath the dull overtones. Her comical ears were pricked now as the moonlight played with her multicolored fur. Who is that?
She strained to see, but gave up. She could only imagine the way he looked as his velvety voice recited, in French the name of his new land.
Annushka quietly approached because she wanted to know this curious wolf. He was curious to her because she didn’t understand him. Tradition? Oh, how she longed to reach into his mind and force her thoughts into his. To have a voice in his head. She wanted more power. And thirsting for fun, because she was bored, she silently approached.
Dusty gaze. Unseeing eyes. Scarred everyplace. She was lucky it was nighttime. And she silently listened to the powerful howl.

His voice fell in sync with the wind blowing all around him, brushing the bangs over his face off to reveal his horrid face before covering it back up, all in a single motion. And at first, he had yet to detect the Hybrid as she approached. Though, as his mighty howl died down, his ear folded back as her gentle pawsteps sounded behind him.
He gave a toothy smile, white fangs glimmering. So this was the first wolf he would meet on his new territory. And by the smell, it was obvious she was female. Perhaps he could gain his first member now. Who knows, only time could tell.
Gabriel did not look back and sat down, flexing his muscles, potraying the strength and power he possessed. Moments later, he opened his maw and spoke, his voice shaking with a manipulative tongue. "Bonjour, mon assez petite fleur." He spoke soundly, turning his head and casting her a look of danger, though he still had a wide, toothy smile written across his face. "What might bring you here, love?" He asked her, ignoring the very fact of her appearance. Such scars lining her body; such filth she portrayed in his thoughts. Though, why not play with her a little?
"Do not be frightened. I am but a lonely monsieur, now claiming his land to start a pack of his own." He turned his body fully towards her, keeping his head high above hers to show his dominance. My my... What a sight she is... By her perfect appearance, i'd say she has been through a lot. He raised a brow to her, a look of playfullness and pure greed in his eyes.

The landscape was intimidating at night, but the knowledge that if ever she needed to escape, she could easily jump into the river and hide on it’s sandy bed, soothed her. The cael heard soft whisperings, causing her head to whip around. Her silvery eyes strained to see their source when the howl erupted. It was unlike anything she had ever heard—powerful, echoing. Gripes was scared. For so long, so very long, she strove to find another wolf. Now that the time for her to meet one had come, her lithe body shivered. She did not know what the howl meant, so different it was from her father and mother’s, so Gripes did what she had prepared to do.
It happened involuntarily. So tense was she that the cael immediately sprang sidewise into the river. Gripes cringed at the splash it made. Ah well. Whoever they are, they know I’m here. Let’s go see who I get to meet. she thought, swimming toward the source of the remarkable howl.
Her purple muzzle poked up from the surface of the water, quickly followed by her head. Gripes gasped. The wondrous figure stood outlined on a rocky ridge, so simply awesome that Gripes almost stopped moving her feet. “Oh… my…” she murmured.

Annushka was silently watching. She wasn’t watching with her eyes because she was blind, but she still considered herself watching. Her wide, comical ears were pricked forward trying to catch every word of that rich language that the powerful male spoke.
She could smell his power, like pungent cologne, it tickled her senses and dizzied her. She raised her muzzle up. That thick, powerful muzzle was crisscrossed with many scars and her blind eyes stared up upon the sky she couldn’t see. She then leaned back, her thick and long neck back and to the left. Her scar shimmered in the moonlight, thick like a tree root, twisting around her neck. She brought a paw up and awkwardly gestured to the long-ago wound. Can’t speak… And without words, how could one say she could not speak?
Annushka knew that she seemed like an idiot. Without the ability to say intelligent things, a wolf could very easily look like an idiot. She wagged her short tail, trying to convey words without words.
You want a pack? Then lead on. Lead on, wolf. And she smiled, but the scars on her muzzle made it seem like a smirk played on her face.
Annushka’s sharp ears turned when she heard a wolf knifing through the waters. And then a gasp. And finally, audible words. She let her ears sweep forward, attentive to the reaction this wolf might have. What are you going to do?
Her nose drank at the air. Female. Cael. Annushka’s sense of smell was always strong, but her blindness made it more powerful. Her hearing was pristine as well, but her keen nose was more reliable. She turned her head to the wolf. Sightless eyes staring.

Gabriel eyed her, noting that she did not speak. "What has got your tongue, ma dame?" He asked curiously, his eyes never straying from her. Why did she not speak? Why did she only respond with body motions? Then, a thought hit him. His jaws parted in laughter. "Ah! Don't tell me! You are mute, no?" He grinned, looking right into her eyes. He raised a brow as he also noticed something else. "Oh? And maybe blind too? My my! What a sight you are!" He chanted, stepping towards her until he was mere inches in front of her.
"Listen to me, love. I am the mighty Gabriel. The ground shakes in my wake. The trees quiver to my voice. I am all mighty. I am a god." Just as quickly as he approached her, he whisked away, gazing back to his newly claimed territory. "And you, my love, are sure something different. You are mute. You are blind. What has god done to you to make you bare such horrible features?" His voice was playful towards her as he sighed softly.
And then, he herd the splash. He looked down to the meadow, to the river, and saw the ceal fae looking right back at him. He could see the awe written across her face and he casted a fang-glimmering smile to her. "More company? My love, why do you not come up here? Come. I wish to speak to you both." He called down to her and turned back to Annushka.
Yes yes yes! This is my chance to finally make what I wanted. A pack, where all those who join adore their king. Adore me! And just my luck, they are both female. What have I done to deserve such sweet tidings? His tongue swipped across his maw as his mind went with such excitement and envy. La Orden de Détourné... The name played over and over in his mind.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,500,true] | "Dear dear, this meadow is bare, how i can not stand to see a meadow without flowers."
Her words were soft and light. Eyes looking down at the ground as so. Watching at the wind played with the grass. Nothing made no one more happier than flowers in a meadow. Brown ears pricked up listening to the wind as it spoke. A smile at my lips. "Dear, yes i know its fall, almost winter, though i still do wish to see flowers" she spoke out to the wind. Crazy? yes in some cases.
Her paw swept across the flowing grass before, a smile slipping at her lips to the site of flowers growing at her sight. Her tail wagging happily behind her. The sky was black, with stars only leading the way, and the rays of the moon. "Dear moon, guide my ways.." words twisted from her and into the air. Soon she looked forward and began to wander the darkness once more. Darkness in a late fall evening, how wonderful the thought ran through her mind. Her frame pulling through the tall grass that spread out across the meadow. She stopped only in her tracks to the sound of voices, then a howl. Wolves? she thought once more.
Eyes casted a short glance around the area. More voices becoming louder as her steps became closer to them. Not long till her eyes met with three wolves. A Cael, Lupus, and the last she did not know. A small smile was given as she continued to walk. Not run, walk. There was no need to run in the night at this time. Ears pricked forward listening before a short, lovely toned voice played into the air "Hello there dears" her voice soft and light, flying withing the wind.

Barkler sighed, it had been a long day and it would be a long night. He did not have a destination in mind, but the proud Cael felt like he was following something. He breathed in steadily to calm himself. He was Lord Barkler, this phase would pass, and he would find a place. Suddenly Barkler breathed in sharply. Wolves? He automatically tensed to run, his feet kneading the ground. Barkler had been on his own for a long time and he wasn't to keen on getting into a fight.
Barkler's curiosity out weighed his survival instinct. Going against his better judgement Barkler slunk towards the scent. Soon he could hear voices, and see the wolves. A white Lupus and a another Cael. He strained his ears, some sort of hybrid, and another wolf. They did not seem hostile, yet. He did not try to pick up on the conversation at hand, instead he stepped into the open, "Hello, I am Lord Barkler.

It took her a minute before she realized that there was another wolf that he was speaking to. Blind? Mute? What does mute mean? she thought worriedly. Is that bad? Or is mute why I can’t hear her?
“I am a god.” The words he spoke echoed in her mind, the cael turning them over and over, and wondering on their spectacular meaning. Gripes did not hear his playful and taunting words directed at the silent wolf, for she was too absorbed into questioning, could it really be true?
“Come. I wish to speak to you both.” These words sucked her out of her trance. They were so glorious, irresistible, and how Gripes craved attention… “I-I’m not sure if I uh, can, sir. It takes qu-quite a uh, while to um, er, d-dry off, sir.” Gripes stammered. “I-I might be able to um, try if y-you wish, sir.” She felt as if she were looking at herself from somewhere up above, staring in horror. This was not her… It was not her to bend at the will of another. How easily she could defy her father, but she could do nothing against this stranger. I… I’ve changed… I wanted to meet another badly, but not this badly.
Suddenly she heard a soft voice. A pleasant greeting, riding the breeze. And then another greeting. More? she thought. What to do… What to do… Aha! Say “hi” back. So “Hello!” Gripes forced out in a pleasant voice, her normal, happy voice. See… That wasn’t so hard, Morgripesoran. | |

you say it best WHEN YOU SAY NOTHING AT ALL А н у ш к а *** & ***
What a sight she was indeed! Blind eyes, clouded from abuse. She was a slave once. It was true. Little did she know that this handsome voiced wolf would force her into that life yet again. Brave Annushka sat with fervent attention. Just as the other females and males who have gathered to hear the feathery words of the French wolf.
He knew her shortcomings already and she was ready to guard him with her terrible jaws. She could crush all opponents in her powerful muzzle, blocky and with large teeth. But she couldn’t tell of her gifts. Her blind eyes could see nothing. She really found her only use as executioner, with a judge whispering in her ear, telling her where to snap her jaws.
And she heard a triplet of Hellos greeting the leader she had discovered first. She pulled back her lip in the moonlight, but her silent snarl went unseen in the black night. Annushka lowered her head and then gave a long, long sigh. It was taking such a time and she wished that it would all just pass away. Her attentions were turning. And she felt that there was more things to do if no one was going to do anything here.
Annushka snorted quietly and then lay down, splaying her long forelegs while turning her short hindlegs so she lay askew on her hip. Her sightless eyes were turned to the ground, her ears keened on her new Alpha.
So… now what?
