PACK CREATION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED!
Please join one of the current packs
Please join one of the current packs
So, you want to start a pack? On your very own? Well, there's a specific way that we do things like that around here--mostly to keep things neat and make it easier on our admins and mods. You may not be the main alpha of more than one pack! You may found multiple packs, but you may only "own" one. The only exception for this is with permission by the admins, regarding special circumstances (ie. current alpha stepping down, etc).
1. Plot Your Pack
Post in the Plot board to solicit the required two other founders for your wolf's possible pack. You will need to agree upon everything that will need to be filled out later, in the Pack Submission Form. A basic outline of what you should figure out:
- Philosophy
- Rankings
- Name
- Possible sub-territories
- Pack colors/image
2. Start a pack-forming RP thread
Once the nitty-gritty of your pack is pretty much decided, you may start up a pack forming thread in the territory you decided to claim for the pack. Be sure to make clear in the title or otherwise that this thread's purpose is to form a pack. Here are the objectives that you must complete in order to submit a New Pack Submission Form:
- The 3+ founders meet
- The land is declared as claimed
- Starting ranks are given
4. Apply for your pack
When your thread is completed, apply for a pack by filling out the New Pack Submission Form. You will know that your New Pack Submission Form is accepted when this form is locked and you see a sub-board of your pack in the Pack Life board. This is the board of which the alpha will be the main moderator, and in which you can discuss packwide plots, ideas, and updates.
5. Create Pack info
As staff works to set up your sub-territories, the main alpha(s) may fill out the Pack Info Template in the pack's new sub-board. This will let potential joiners learn about your pack, the standards for joining, and should generally give all the info there is to know. After this template has been posted, staff will put up your pack-table in the sidebar and, tadaa, you have a pack now!
