I am seeing an increasing frustration between members upon the accepting of biographies and a rise of pestering staff in the c-box. While I understand it can be tough to wait for a biography to be accepted, I remind you that we do have lives.
Cypress has a full time job. Eastern is going through final exams. 'Nali has an unexpected vacation to go on. I also have a full time job and was just away at a conference for the past four days. Who and Rose are both new to the team and as well are very busy with their lives.
We do not and frankly cannot spend hours upon hours waiting on here to service your every need. I know this sounds frank, but honestly, I'm tired of being pestered about checking bios and after just seeing a member quit because of not editing their bio and then constant pestering I feel you guys need to be reminded about this.
Pestering staff causes stress. It will actually make us LESS likely to check out your bio, etc. A polite reminder is good, but if you ask us EVERY time to look over something, it gets frustrating. Sometimes we are merely on for a few minutes to check out the site. If we are online, politely ask if we have time or could check your bio. Once it has been brought to our attention, it probably will be looked at. I try, if I have time, to check over the bios immediately once I get online. Please be aware there are usually about 2-3 new bios EVERYDAY which can get to be a lot of reading!
If you've reminded us and you're still waiting, PM one of us. I have NO problem with people PMing me and asking me to check a biography. Honestly sometimes I forget, and that doesn't bother me. What does is CONSTANT pestering in the cbox.
I know I sound kind of grumpy, but it's getting to be a fairly big problem. Do remind us to check something but do not ask us every five minutes if we have checked it. If we suggest changes, CHANGE THEM. Read thoroughly what we have suggested. If you don't understand us, ASK. I have absolutely no problem helping someone achieve a good, solid biography. Heck if you guys want my AIM/msn/etc. to talk to me, just ask me! I would love to chat and help all the members as much as possible.
Just please remember to be courteous and treat us with respect. The less you pester, the faster things will get done, and the happier all of us will be.
Also, please remember to post in the activity check! If you have any questions, comments, concerns please post them here. Any suggestions on how WE can improve? Either post here, in the suggestions, or send us a PM.

I would just like to add a personal rule of thumb to this.
If you have been waiting less than 3 days for someone to look over something, do not harass the staff. Give us a three day window. Because chances are if it's been less than three days, the person you're asking is already in the process of looking over your stuff.
If you have been waiting more than three days then you may politely note someone.
If you have completed assigned corrections, please add a new post to your bio stating "updated" or something along that line so that the staff will know you've done your part and need it looked over a second time again. On the off chance that gets overlooked due to a flood of new bios, you may politely note someone (preferably the person who originally looked at your bio if it was a correction issue).
We are only human and we all have lives. Some of us less than others. xD But regardless, spending 24/7 on the computer is unhealthy and we all need our breaks and a breath of fresh air. If all you guys do is complain about impatience, all you succeed in doing is stressing the staff out and a stress staff is not a happy staff. An unhappy staff is a staff prone to abandoning the site, and a site abandoned is a dead site. So keep the impatience under wraps you'll guarantee WW stays active for years to come. >3
