Dear Wonderwhyians,
As you may have realized, our profile acceptance system is a little flawed. We get close to ten new bios a day, and they don't always get accepted right away due to one reason or another. Fear not! We are implementing a few changes that should hopefully make the process smoother and more efficient.
From now on, when you create a new character, that character will start out as a loner.
All pack joining will be completed after your profile has been accepted.
You will have one free month with this default loner status. By the end of your character's first month, which starts the day your bio is accepted, you must perform one of two options: join a pack or purchase permanent loner status.
Joining one of the established packs is the preferred option. Doing sure ensures the safety of your character. Purchasing permanent loner status, however, is also a viable option provided you have earned enough points during your free month. Buying Loner status symbolizes that the wolf has learned how to deal with the hardships of being a Loner, which means he or she isn't leaving itself open to something like a deadly dragon attack. If you haven't bought your Loner status you are basically just wandering around clueless and therefore are open to bad things happening.
Failure to get your character into a pack or permanent loner status will result in a 25% warning. This warning will be displayed on your mini-profile and will be visible to only yourself and the staff team. One week after having gotten your first warning, if you have still failed to get your character into a safe living environment your warning meter will increase by an additional 25%. After four weeks, at which your warning meter will be at 100%, your character faces termination. The staff will use the creature account to put your character in a life or death situation. The character may be saved through the aide of others, but if no one comes to help the character will die IC. Please note, the number of outside help required to save your character is at least three (3) characters, and you cannot play any of the additional characters.
I hope these changes will make the profile acceptance process go more smoothly. Thank you for your support with the system changes.
