Only the occasional burst of blood red could be seen shinning in the burning rays of the early dawn that barely pierced through the thick foliage. It had taken some effort but he had finally found the reputable Hellion Mafia and its home dwelling. It was of interest to Scorch to think that there may be other wolves of same mind as him self; interesting but doubtful. However, with nothing better to do at the moment he was off to try and encounter other pack members.
Creeping along he trotted silently on the humid ground, sea blue eyes bright with mischief. His claws dug in to the dark earth and he inhaled the rich scent deep into his lungs. The jungle was a perfect place to live, it compelled the dweller to eat or be eaten as it promised great cover but also great predators. So this was the Commons? Surely he would find another wolf in this area, one that he could prod for information. The day was young yet, and Scorch had not caught any sleep the last day or two, but so was his routine; it left him the option of being adaptable.
It was his hope to be given a job by the head Don that would legally give him the permission to cause discord and quench the burning desire in the pit of his stomach that could only be extinguished by creating havoc. He had been growing quite restless, and this had gotten him into a bit of a situation in other packs, not that he particularly cared about such a trivial matter. Other packs were of no importance to him, they did not but hinder his ultimate goal. Mind, infiltrating and influencing some of the younger souls to see things his way may be a venture for the future.
Grinning, he could see it now; recruiting new and stupid pups to join the Mafia thereby giving him direct access to them and their gullible minds under the guise of training them would be an excellent way to start out. Scorch practically cackled at the thought; there would be nothing to it. But first he had to gain the trust of the current members which promised to be not quite as easy. Finding a like minded mate was something he would also welcome, though they would have to respond to his whim; he could never be subservient to a female. | |
