The sun struck russet colored fur, causing it to glow, and the black accents on the Sennyo's tail, paws, and cheekbones became very hot. Her monarch butterfly wings fanned back and forth, attempting to cool themselves and her. The antennae, which extended to the mid part of her long tail, hung lower than normal. Her wispy fur tips were glistening with sweat.
Nearia stood on the branch to a tree, gazing down at the waters of Nanjiro Swamp, her royal blue gaze tracking the fish beneath the surface. She wished she could leap from where she was and land in the water to eat the fish, but her injured leg wouldn't allow it. The fur on her back right leg was disarrayed and, though barely visible under the long fur, there were scars covering her skin. It had been injured by a Yagi she had encountered. Other than that, Nearia was aware of the alligators and sinkholes in the swamp's waters.
"What a lovely place..." She hummed to herself, beginning to descend from the tree. "The flowers and ferns, what perfect plants for healing."
Nearia had traveled for twenty-three years, roaming the lands in order to help those whom could not help themselves. She was a healer, trained to use the plants of her surroundings to ix what was broken. She had taken a particular liking to the swamp, however, mostly due to the rare flowers and plentiful ferns. Everything was beautiful, much different than other places. Then again, no two places were alike.
The Sennyo traveled along what leverage she had, refraining from touching the water, and kept her eyes peeled for dragons. She eventually stopped when she found numerous mangrove trees, their roots tangling into perfect bridges. She weaved along them, coming to a halt before she leaped atop a fallen, hollowed out tree. She laid down, resting and taking in the beauty of the nature surrounding her.

A large wolf approached, paws sticking in the mud. She pulled them out with what seemed great force. She had white fur and brown wings, a hawk Myou. She didn't see the small Sennyo. "Ugh, all this mud!" she muttered. She fell in a very small sinkhole and yelped. She threw her paws at a fish, and killed it. Very quickly she ate it. A small floating peice of wood was floating by and hit her head. With her long tail, she pushed it away. This is when she noticed the Sennyo. (Sorry, I'm new!)

(You're doing fine, just attempt a little more detail by using the five senses, okay?)
Nearia lifted her head and spotted a white Myou down below when she had let out a yelp, her brown wings nearly blending with the water behind her. Her antennae twitched in amusement when she saw the wolf stuck in a sinkhole. It must not have been a big one, for she wasn't moving almost at all. There was a mask adorned on the wolf's face, which glinted in the sunlight streaming through the trees.
The young she-wolf was looking up at Nearia and the Sennyo just stared back for awhile. She soon released a slight giggle and got to her feet, stretching out her long limbs. Her small paws guided her down the twisted branches and to the edge of the water, where she mounted a large, floating log. Using her tail, the twenty-seven year old wolf propelled herself steadily to the wolf's side.
"Hello, there, young one. You shouldn't be in the water. There are alligators, you know." She said cheerily, smiling. "My name is Nearia. I make it my living to heal others."

"Funny," replied the Myou dryly. "I am Hawkwing." She lifted one of her brown, feathered wings. "And this is why," she said, shaking off the mud on it, and on her pelt. She looked like a snowball in a mud puddle. Well, she sorta was. Her white fur glimmered in the sunlight. "I used to know how to heal..." she said, and her voice trailed off. The silvery mask on her face glimmered and shined brightly. Her long coat was getting a bit warm, as it was in the spring and summer. She sneezed. "I am not used to so much water!" she explained. "And I don't really like water on my wings, mud OR water," she explained, and at the last she said it very dryly. (Better?)

(Better, indeed. A little more Organized, though. Mostly with paragraphs. I'm being picky. I write as a hobby.)
Nearia smiled, watching the Myou mount the log with her. "Well, it's my pleasure to make your acquaintance, Hawkwing." Hawkwing's weight was obvious when Nearia's side of the log tipped and lifted out of the water. The Sennyo was only thirty pounds in weight and Myou tended to be over one-hundred pounds. Nearia giggled when this happened, grinning at the young wolf.
"Well, I'm taller than you, but you weigh more than I do." She laughed at her next sentence: "If we were to get into an argument, all you'd have to do is sit on me to win!" Her voice was loud as she laughed, the sound echoing off the bark of the mangroves. The Sennyo was very calm and relaxed, laid back for her species.
She ended her laughter, gazing at the Myou. "Hawkwing, I wish to join the pack here. I've been looking to settle down after twenty-three years of traveling. I wish to be a healer for this pack and, if you wish so, I could teach you the ways of healing. The plants here are perfect for such things."
Nearia scanned the area, wondering if a pack member would come by soon. "Hawkwing, would you happen to know where I could find one of the Clan members?"

"No, sorry. I didn't even know I was in a Clan territory, before. I didn't smell other wolves on you, so I kinda could tell you were not a Clan member," Hawkwing replied. She heard the wolf's giggling and looked at her a bit strangly. She flew up and made the Sennyo's side smash down. She started chuckling, but this uncontentrated her flight and she fell into the gloppy mud. "Is this even water?!?!" she asked warily, throwing her paws back onto the log. Her head was mearly out of the water. Her white fur looked like a brown wolf's fur, matted with the mud. Her ears were pinned back. She pulled herself out of the muddy water.

"Well, that's all right. If we stick around long enough, then someone is bound to come over our path." Nearia hummed, leaping from the log and onto the branches of the mangroves above. She nestled herself carefully in a hammock-like mess of roots. "Let's wait and see what befalls us, Hawkwing. According to my antennae, the weather will remain good today."
(Okay, Hawk. When you reply (AFTER SUN), then I want you to read each part of our writings carefully, then answer each part. You're messing up the order of things a little bit. It's all right, since you're new, but you really need to watch that. Okay? Just trying to help.)

Sunchaser was slowly gathering the pack together. She was calling a clan meeting because it seems that the alpha male and her mate where missing. She was worried for her mate but had hopes he would be back. She sighed, shaking her feathers as she moved through the swamp. She smelled them before she saw them. Her eyes narrowed, was she about to be invaded? She growled a bit before racing to where she could see the others. Her wings made her seem to fly over the swamp before she heard the voices of the invaders. She moved quietly, like a ghost before seeing the two talking. She rose a brow and tilted her head a bit. They seemed alone but one could never tell. She moved and jumped up into the tree nearest the two, before walking along a thick branch and looking down at them. If others where around she was safer in the air then on the ground.
"Why have you come upon the Clans land? She looked down at them, her body quivering a bit with excitement as her wings stayed loose by her side. She was prepared to run if they where not alone.

Nearia was on her feet at the sound of the voice, turning to look up at the wolf who had joined them. Despite the impending danger that could befall Nearia and Hawkwing, she smiled brightly at the wolf, recognizing the scent of the pack that lived on these lands, seeing as she had smelled it earlier.
"We mean your pack no harm, my friend." She said, once again with cheer in her voice, and leaped up to where the wolf was standing. She remained a few feet away just to be safe and waved her tail for Hawkwing to be careful as well. "We only search for a pack. I'm not so sure about my companion, but I sure like it here. SO many beautifl flowers and plants for healing..."
"Where are my manners?" Nearia fluttered her butterfly wings in excitement. "My name is Nearia. I'm a healer. I've been traveling for twenty-three years."
The Sennyo was aware that this wolf was important, though the quivering she was showing let Nearia know the she-wolf was wary of an attack. She waited patiently for her to answer, trying not to be too forward, a habit of hers.

Hawkwing's brown wings curved around her back, and she shook herself. She threw some of the mud-water back into where it came from, and looked at Sunchaser, then back at Nearia. "She's got a point... I used to have nothing but a few small plants to mend my paw," Hawkwing said. She held up her highly-splayed paw to show. Her wings fluttered a bit, and her showing white fur that was not stuck in the mud shook in the small wind. The mud had cooled her down, but she was hot, for she had long fur. Her tail twitched as some of the murky water reached up to it, almost like magic, touching her tail. She watched ahead of the others for alligators and corcodilles. "Oh, sorry, I am Hawkwing," she said quickly. She sat down. "Is anything autally dry out here?!?!" she questioned dryly. Her fur was quite a bit matted down, and she licked it some, wincing at the horribal taste in her mouth.

Sunchaser narrowed her eyes as she looked at the two. She sat down on her hunches before folding her paws and laying on the branch. She had a view up here and was good at catching any type of movement. It seemed these two where alone. But till she knew for certian she would stay up here. If she needed she could fly to her clan and call them forth. Perhaps then the men of the pack would show up. Her towers twitch at the sound of the two talking as her blue eyes remained a midnight blue color to show she was still upset. Mostly because of intruders comming onto the land.
"I am Sunchaser, Alphess of this pack. Why should i let you live here?" Now her curiousity was peaked. They had no real healers and as Alphess she had been looking for some. Where these what the gods had sent to her? She tilted her head slightly, her eyes looking at one then the other. Hawking was the other. She seemed to be younger then herself. Who knows where that would put her in the pack for domience. While rakns where to be kept those that wanted the higher ranks needed to be dominant as well and know when and when not to back down. Where would these two fall in that part of the pack?
Sunchaser shrugged to herself before chuckling softly. "We have drier land near the center. These are the outskirtrs which usually make others walk away. You have gotten this far so i will give you props for that."

Nearia's tail waved around as she watched the wolf settle on the branch. Her mind reeled excitedly as she though of a reason this wolf should let them say. Though she could think of nothing, Nearia decided to answer anyways. "That's a good question, but I don't have much of an answer. It's a difficult question TO answer."
The Sennyo paced along the branches and climbed a little higher. She turned to look down at Hawkwing. She gave an inward sigh, knowing the young wolf was better off finding a home rather than living out here. She wouldn't last much longer, especially with the way she talked. There was nothing wrong with it. However, if she said something wrong, then she could be killed in an instant.
Nearia looked at the Alphess as she walked closer to her, lowering her voice. "Look, if you can't offer me a position in your pack, then so be it. I'm only looking to settle down finally. However, my friend is too young to be without a pack to live with and she could possibly die with that mouth she's got." Nearia was not attempting to be mean, she only spoke what she thought was truthful.
Her dark blue eyes were almost pleading, nearly matching the tone in her voice. "It's your decision whether or not to accept us, but at least take her if you can't take me. Is that a deal, Sunchaser?"

As the wolf settled on the branch, she sat down herself. "What about your settling after-" Hawkwing began but saw the wolves' look and closed her mouth. She looked at the others, tails slightly wagging axeiously. Hawkwing does not always like the company of other wolves. She shifted unconfortably.
When Hawkwing spotted the Sennyo's gaze fall upon her, she shifted again, and quickly looked away. The as-a-moment 6-month-old stared at her paws as she caught the gaze of the pack Alphess. She rested her head on her paws, looking at the murky water around them. She picked her head up and put her right paw over her left.
As Nearia went closer to the Alphess, Hawkwing twitched her ears for no meaning. She heard her speaking. "Look, if you can't offer me a position in your pack, then so be it," she heard Nearia say. Then the Sennyo continued, " I'm only looking to settle down finally. However, my friend is too young to be without a pack to live with and she could possibly die with that mouth she's got." As she said the last sentence, Hawkwing sat up and looked at her, folding her wings. That's not the only reason, she thought to herself. I am to big, to white! My wings are to big. If up against an enymy (sorry... can't spell) I would be a sitting duck! she thought also.
When Hawkwing saw the Sennyo's gaze locked on the Alphess, she winced. Her old alphess and alpha would take offense by this, in the way of those wolves. She only knew about those wolves' way of life, and no others.
