Hot and Humid, yet Perfect *joining*

The trees were getting thicker, and the air a lot more moist and humid. She was now stumbling into the lands of the Quesse Anar Clan. How did she know this? Because of the terrain that was becoming more and more obvious. The grounds were getting wetter and the temperature was rising steadily. After talking with others, and gathering information on the pack, she was sure this pack would be perfect. A pack based on hospitality, peace, and learning. Everything she looked for in a pack. And although the climate could be better, she would get used to it.

As she was trudging through the wetland, unable to trot as it was becoming suffocatingly humid and hot, she couldn’t help but to notice the variety of exotic flowers and herbs. She smiled as this was defiantly an upside, as she came here to become a healer. Or Alchemist as they called it? She began to walk slower, watching frogs jump out of her way and turtles swim away smoothly, disappearing under the water, then surfacing again, some ways away. She looked up to the canopy of trees glistening with water droplets and thought This really is a beautiful land. Hot, but beautiful and bursting with life. And of course not to mention the plethora of plant life that could possibly be used for healing remedies...

She came to a halt then, thinking she was far enough into the territory someone would find her. She didn't want to go right into the heart of the territory as it would be considered rude, she might get in trouble, and someone would probably find her before that anyway. So, she found a somewhat clear pool of water and drank the warm, er, flavourful water and then lay down in a shady spot under tree, giving her fragile body a break.

The day was comfortably warm. After living in the swamp for so long, he'd grown accustomed to the suffocating environment. The humid air, the hot days, the wet flora and all. A soft breeze blew through the higher-up branches of the trees, and he felt some of it. Not that it was a cool breeze by any means, but it was still a bit of air rushing through his feathers. Hearing a noise, Sasha looked down from his perch in the crook of the branch to see a smallish animal padding towards the pool. Prey perhaps? He could do with a little food right about now... although he was overly hungry. It was a bit hot out to eat right now. However, as warm colors flashed through the green leaves he realized it was another wolf. A Lyxxus, judging by the tails and size. Sasha rolled his eyes with mild disgust. Such a tiny creature was nothing in comparison to some of the greater species, like Myou and even Keiyou. But especially Myou. But Sasha had a job to do. He had to confront this visitor and inquire her business her. She didn't smell like pack, so she was probably a loner. Sasha let himself drop from the branch and used his wings to glide gracefully down a fallen log, raised above the damp ground. He masked his dislike of her immediate outer self completely, hiding all disgust from his face and voice. "Greetings, newcomer. Do you have business in these lands?" He watched as she lay under the tree. She was going to get all muddy if she kept that up, that was for sure. "Do you need help, or do you seek to join?" He watched her closely. Sasha was bright and exuberant, Lyxxus or not, and he would be willing to help her while she was in the Swamp.

And sorry for the shortness i still gotta get the hang of her. As Thalia predicted, it wasn’t long before another found her. This male was unlike anything she had seen before. He had blue shiny fur on the front half of his body, fading into green further back. But the most eye-catching attribute was the tail feathers and front paws - If you could even call them paws. Thalia thought he was beautiful and his voice just as much so. When she saw him glide down from the tree above she stood up, instantly annoyed at the mud that clung to her normally clean pelt. But looks were hardly on Thalia’s list of important things. Right now she was focusing on getting accepted into this pack. With her soft smooth voice she said “Yes, I would like to join this pack. My name is Thalia and I come in hopes of helping the pack by being an Apprentice Alchemist, as I am a healer.” Her violet eyes found those of the male standing before her and she smiled, trying to seem as nice and friendly as possible. She is usually a shy wolf, but talking one on one to another she enjoyed doing. [/scrolly]

Hey Daci, I have got to know who did the drawing of your Myou, love the design, yep yep, greatly so I would have to say! It is so pretty!

And secondly I was also wondering (this question is for Cyra as well) if citrine could join onto the thread? If not that is fine but if yes then sweetness! She is my myou parrot and I have not done anything with her even though she is already in the clan.
