[scrolly:h(308), w(340),sy] Oh, the colors and smells of fall! The sun shone brightly off Kasmira's purple pelt, and her green eyes radiated warmth and friendliness as she lightly jogged, stopping here and there to smell one of the season's late flowers.
It was a beautiful day, not too cold or warm, the kind that made the storyteller grateful to be alive. It seemed her life was going quite well so far, especially with regards to the Keiyou, Seth, her confidante, a wolf she truly trusted. All that was missing was some friendly conversation, a new or familiar face, she didn't care, as long as they were open enough. She stopped to rest a moment on top of a small hill, and a smile lit her white facial features for a moment, as dazzling and warm as the sun that shone down.
She hummed a joyful tune, and began to think of a new story she could tell...[/scrolly]

[scrolly:h(440), w(340),sy] The grass flattened slightly from the small waft of air Shallot created and she landed. She breathed in deeply, taking in the welcoming scents of fall. After wandering around for a few moments Shi discovered that she was at the bottom of a small hill. The sight of the golden hill-top seemed incredibly inviting to her.
Shallot began to amble up the grassy slope when the scent of a strange wolf caught her attention and the slight smile she had been wearing disappeared instantly. Despite her lacking social skills, her curiosity got the better of her and she kept ascending. She straightened herself up and mentally prepared, not for if the wolf attacked, that, she was always ready for. She was preparing herself for the almost inevitable Hello. What’s your name? Where are you from? Shi was just regaining some of her social skills she had lost after living nearly a year in solitude. Joining Styrr had helped much more than she expected it to, many of the pack members were welcoming to her, though she couldn’t tell whether or not it was just a façade.
As she approached the oddly-marked purple she-wolf, Shallot took a calming breath, fighting her urge to turn and leave as she was sure the Lupus knew of her presence by now. She made certain her expression didn’t give away her anxiety of her wish fight or even just growl and go their separate ways rather talk, but she knew she’d have to used to it now she lived with other wolves. As she approached the wolf she made her voice sound as calm and strong as she could.

[scrolly:h(308), w(340),sy] Kasmira turned to see the Keiyou approach, and smiled in greeting. She noticed the other wolf seemed hesitant, as if she might bite the Keiyou or something, which was quite the opposite of course. The Lupuse felt a little bad for lonely wolves, such as her own sister, who had more difficulty socializing, or simply didn't want to. Her mind wandered to all her friends: Somatra, Jackmara, Cyra, Sky, Faye, Keinvarii, Coneiron, Yueh, Reynard, Satinka, Moonrose... And the wonderful Seth. Her heart soared a little when she thought of the handsome cream Keiyou.
Back to the matter at hand, she answered the wolf in a melodic voice: "Hello there, I am Kasmira. By any chance, would you like to hear a story?" This happened quite often with the peaceful storyteller: Inspiration struck, and she simply had to get it out, preferably to an audience, but sometimes it happened that she talked to herself to practice her storytelling methods. She hoped the other wolf would: Stories were her haven, her talent, something she excelled at, a place where she always felt comfortable, unlike her other siblings who had preferred hunting and fighting to the art of legends and myths. A sad smile touched her face for a moment as she thought of her deceased younger brother...
However, she soon dismissed the memory for another time.[/scrolly]

[scrolly:h(440), w(340),sy] Shallot approached the smiling Lupus, She seems friendly enough, what’s the worst that could happen?
“Hello there, I am Kasmira” Here we go again, Hello my name’s Shallot blah blah blah, I really shouldn’t have come up here. She thought of rolling her eyes at this Kasmira character and a faint smirk came to her face.
At the mention of a story Shallot cocked her head just barely to the right, making the scar on her left eye much more visible than usual. Her tiny smile was replaced be a confused looking expression. A story? I haven’t heard one of those since my father died After her father died and brother shortly thereafter, her mother lost her will to live, leaving her two little girls to fend for themselves. The thought of her late family made voice crack even so slightly as she replied.
“O-okay.” She sat down on the soft prairie grass and curled her loin-like tail around her front paws. As soon as she sat down she realized that she hadn’t introduced herself,
“My name’s Shallot, by the way.” Shallot was still tense for in spite of the warmth and happiness that seemed to radiate off the Lupus’s pelt, she was not sure whether or not Kasmira would attack her or not.
