The bored wolf trudged through the snow that covered the plains like a blanket. Actually, this was quite annoying, for she didn't exactly enjoy the cold, due to her rather short fur. Sighing, she sat down, but jumped up instantly and shook her pelt. It was so cold on her legs and rump! "Okay, bad idea..." She mumbled to herself. Yep, she talked to herself. Before continuing on, she shook her pelt once more, and continued. Her icy blue gaze kept a harsh stare at the ground, although flashes of boredom could be detected in them. Now she let her gaze lift to the sky, and she studied the cloudy sky now. Birds that were beginning to migrate back could be seen, and most definetly heard. Widening her eyes, Swifty realized that the temperature had risen a bit, revealing that Spring would be coming soon.
"Well, that just goes to show you how aware I am of things..." She told herself, and then cleared a nice patch of snow to reveal some dead, yellow grass and sat on it to enjoy the remaining beauty of Winter. Sure, she didn't like the cold, but with a beautiful season like this, any Sennyo would enjoy just staring out at the icicles and the snow that sparkled in the slivers of sunlight that managed to push their way through the clouds. Letting another sigh escape her maw, Swifty flicked her ear impatiently, then froze. She felt as if someone were watching her...Or maybe not, maybe it was just her nose acting up again. But, no, this scent seemed to be pretty real. Tensing her muscles, the fae got ready to run if it was needed. She wasn't the best fighter in the world, she had to admit, but she was pretty fast and good with stamina and agility. If anything, her first choice would be to run!

Shade crouched into the snow. She was searching for a fight. Since joining her new pack she felt soft. Too soft for her liking. This wasn't her territory, but she was sure to pick a fight. Shade starts to walk through the grass as she detects a sent. This one isn't hers or any others, it's a wolves. Shades eyes are swallowed by darkness as she prepares to follow the wolf into a fight. Shade tenses up and prepares to strike, then when it all is quiet she runs toward the sent until she sees a Sennyo in the grassy patch she has made.

She knew it. Someone, or something, had been watching her. Muscles still tensed, the Sennyo flicked her ears irritably. It was a wolf, much younger than herself, but of course this wolf was. Swifty was about 52 years of age, which was very young for a Sennyo. Whipping around quickly, Swifty let a growl erupt from her throat, and she snapped at the air. "And what do you think you are doing little wolfy?" She asked, not exactly used to reacting like this when a wolf charged her, or approached her at that. Guessing it was just the fact that this wolf had interupted her peaceful time, she shook her pelt free of snow that had been flung into the air when she had spun around like that. "Don't try anything funny, pup!" She growled the insult, obviously irritated at Shade. Her black fur whipped as wild winds coursed through the grass, making a high-pitched whistle sound.

Shade snarled at her, I was not a pup! She thought, We are different breeds so we have different lifespans, but still I am not a pup! I'll show you a pup! Shade snarled as she tried to scratch the other wolf. She knew that she was picking a fight with a more experienced wolf however she needed to get out of this 'soft' mode. Shade didn't know this wolf, and it wasn't anything personal however she needed to push that into the back of her mind. This was a important matter, or what ever energy she gained from her eyes growing black would disappear. Her eyes shown black again as she growled, Bring it.

OOC: When you said that your wolf scratched my wolf, thats considered...God-modding, I think. My point is, you don't do, you try, so the correct format would be "She snarled as she aimed a scratch at the other wolf" or something like that.
IC:
Swifty jumped back, narrowly avoiding the claws that aimed for her face. Staring straight into the wolf's eyes, obviously challenging her. "Fine then. I agree, bring it." She narrowed her icy eyes to tiny slits and decided that she would make the next move. Squatting, the Sennyo leapt into the air, fangs bared and claws extended, she let a loud snarl escape her throat again and aimed forShade's throat. But, before she could sink her teeth into her opponents throat, she folded in her wings and barrel rolled to the side, and went to ram into Shade's side, a look of emptiness could be seen in her icy blue eyes. Thoughts raced through Swifty's mind. What had she become? Was she just in irritated mood today? Or was it the influence from Gypsy, a cold-hearted Sennyo that looked almost just like her. Either way, Swifty couldn't tell if she was enjoying this or not. Grinning, she knew she was.

Shade smiled, finally a fight, she thought. She didn't mean to harm this distrupted wolf emotionally but It looked like she had, her head kept telling her to keep fighting but her heart couldn't live with such an disruption. This wolf had been minding her own buisness before I had sprung on her? Shade thought in hesitance. The other wolf seemed to be contemplating whether she was to do this or not, and that only meant one thing. That she was a respected wolf. Shade crenched at the Idea. She could not do that, its would feel the same to what had happened to her. She was going to exalt herself to this mystery wolf? It didn't make much sense. None at all. But, she was horrid when it came to emotional crap. Shade stood her ground and hung her head low, and closed her eyes as her pupils shrunk down to their normal size. She was going to regret this. She knew she would. The wolf wouldn't see this an act of kindness, but an act of fear. I have no fear, She thought, but it was a lie. She feared her old pack, and her parents, and.. she didn't even remember her lovers name. But that didn't matter, she told herself, I remember his face, and it shall be a bloody one when I see him again... Shade opened her eyes to look at the wolf, "It was wrong for me to have come here and for an irrational reason. I am very sorry." Shade lifted her head to look at the wolf.

The other wolf seemed to be hesitating, and Swifty stopped before she could ram into Shade. Luckily, she had stopped not even inches away from her opponents body. Her icy eyes softening to their normal, cheerful look, the Sennyo cocked her head to the right a bit, and smiled warmly.
"Are you okay? Whats wrong? Oh, and thats fine. I guess I got a bit too tempermental there, but I just don't exactly like being disturbed." She apologized, and explained to her former opponent, but now just another wolf in the plains. Sitting down, her tail now wagging hyperly. She let her gaze rest upon Shade, studying this wolf that seemed to be strong for such a young one.
"I'm Swifty, and you are?" She decided to introduce herself before the other wolf ran off, as she looked like she might, but wasn't quite sure.

"Shade", Shades voice seemed to quiver. This was a reckless idea, she thought. This wolf was minding her own business and you go ahead and try to hurt her? What kind of wolf are you? "I give you my apologies, I am so sorry... I..." Well, there wasn't anything else for her to say but that she was sorry.

Swifty nodded at Shade. "Shade..." She echoed the name, hoping to remember it the next time they met. "Nice to meet you Shade. And like I said, its fine, theres no reason to be sorry. It can't be helped." She said, trying to figure out why the wolf was so sorry. It was only a spar, if even that! No damage had been done, nothing had been ruined. Everything was fine. She should just leave it at that. Shaking her head, the Sennyo stood up and shook her pelt free of dust and grime that it had picked up when they had sparred. "So, Shade, which pack are you from?" A pack scent was ripe on the she-wolf, though it was hard to tell which one.
