These eyes scanned the clearing for potential dangers, or just other potential signs of life. Satisfied that nothing was out of the ordinary, Isabella resumed using vision based on light and continued forward. She passed fallen debris without a second glance and headed straight for the center. She need to find Sylvester. Something of this magnitude could only be dealt with by the Don. Looking around, the snake female determined that said Don was not in her immediate field of vision. But perhaps he'd be close by? Whatever the case, she had to make sure the rest of her little procession had followed behind her. If they hadn't, and she called the Don, there would be a problem. Isabella looked over her shoulder and called behind her. "Sparta! Come on, I'd like to get this over with sometime before sunset, if that's fine with you." Her words allowed no argument, even if it was phrased in a way that might invite a retort. "And so help me, my children better be coming along behind you." Or before him would work well too. Whatever the case, he'd better be keeping an eye on them. If he wasn't, Izzy would probably rip him a knew one. Kid would do far worse. Straining her ears, she heard movement from the direction she came and determined it to be Sparta. "Good, very good." She hissed, before throwing back her head and howling loudly. It was obviously meant for the Don. It had an urgent tone to it, but still the polite and respectful air of question to it; She wasn't demanding him to come. She was asking him politely. After all, she had no authority to demand anything of the Don, despite any darker intentions to eat his second-in command.

Not only that, the puppies- both the ones belonging to Isabella and the Lupus - were obnoxious and just the fact that their presence existed made him want to kill something. Sadly, that didn't look like it would be in the bargain today. Unless he could convince Sylvester to let him kill one of them. Unlikely now that Isabella had a hand in things. Said myou then called him from ahead. Sparta rolled his eyes. Impatient as ever. He quickened his pace until he reached the clearing, trudging angrily to the center and dumping the Lupus's body none-too-gently to the ground. "I assure you, all of the half-grown mongrels followed." He ground out, before stomping a pace or two away to glare into the trees for any sign of Sylvester. The sooner he got this over with, the better.

She slowly and painfully opened her eyes to find herself on the ground in a different spot than before. She looked up to see Sparta and Isabella not to far off, Isabella howling for what must have been their leader and Sparta reasuring the myou that the pups had followed. She lifted her head to see for herself and sure enough she saw what must have been the myou's pups along with her own. She motioned them to come near her with her tail then looked back to see if Sparta was watching but he to have walked off to a place further across the clearing. She tried to get up but her shoulder wouldn't budge and her chest felt beaten and broken so she stayed where she was. She had no idea what would happen to her and her family now but she prayed that they would be ok and that someone would notice her absence and send a scout to come looking for her. She had been slightly put out that her teasing hadn't affected the lupus' runts as much as she would have liked so she had decided to lead them instead of fallow behind. That was a job for Gemini. He tail twitched with annoyance. The pretty little Sennyo hadn't paid her a second thought. About that she was ticked. The yellow and black pup turned quickly to face the three prisoner pups. She stood tall, trying to look elegant and powerful, with her light brown eyes sneering at them. "Listen up mutts. You better not try anything," She licked her jaw, flashing her small puppy teeth," Or else I'll have to punish you." With that she moved aside for them to pass her. Rache sat down, ears alert and eyes fallowing them.

He flashed her a glare as he walked by and went to his mother. She smelled of blood and pain. He stood there and stared sadly for a moment as she seemed to try and hold onto her life. He knew she wouldn't die, he knew she couldn't die. She had to stay strong for her pups and for herself. He wondered what it was that had caused them to wander into this place, this dreadful place that would probably get them killed. He glanced back at his siblings, already feeling the fear that was probably pouring off their coats, and gave them a soft smile. It was a reassuring one, one that said everything would be okay. It told them that he would make sure of it. He wouldn't allow his family to be hurt. Calyx turned once more and scooted close to his bleeding mother, nuzzling her cheek with his tiny nose. He just prayed that she wouldn't die. His ears flattened when he heard the ugly myou female call for their leader and he let out a small growl. No way would he let them be hurt. He just had to get out of there before the leader showed up so he could get help. He didn't know what to do. He was not big enough to save them on his own. He would need help and he knew this. He needed to get back to the Alliance and tell Stone or Evelyn or Raynor or whoever he could of what had happened. Granted, wandering into this pack's territory would get them all punished, he still needed to get his loved ones out of here. Determination shone in his eyes and he looked at his mother, beckoning his siblings closer. He let out a long sigh, then began whispering to them, trying to make sure the others didn't hear. "I'm going to try to run... Please, don't stop me... I'm going to get help..." He paused a moment, glancing around to make sure he wasn't heard by the Mafia. It didn't seem like it, so he faced his family and continued. "I'll try to make it back to the Alliance...but if I don't, then I'll find someone who can help...." The red pup waited patiently for their answer, knowing they would probably discourage him from doing it and stop him from even thinking about it. However, his mind was set and he wanted to do this. No...he needed to do this. He was young, but he would get himself out of there and to some place where he could get the help his family needed. At that point, he could only hope they would support him.[/scrolly]

But there was a difference between crazy and stupid. No, Gemini was not stupid. She could still manipulate what was going on in this little group without putting herself at the obvious head. Besides, back here she could have all the fun with the puppies. "So, you guys look kinda ugly. Except maybe the Sennyo, but Sennyo are always pretty anyway so it doesn't really count." She stated, looking over all of them. The reddish male walked past Rache and straight to the adult female. Gemini was a bit miffed at being ignored by him, but didn't really show it past a glare. The little female was beneath her notice. She seemed almost nonexistent in Gemini's world. She was too weak, too afraid. In short, she'd be too easy to tear down. No fun would be found there. But the male... He seemed strong, and Gemini hadn't failed to notice how he seemed to try and comfort his siblings. So that must make him the 'leader' of the litter. Bahaha, how fun he would be. While Rache chased after the pretty little Sennyo, Gemini could play with this one. If she managed to break him... perhaps the others too? It was absolutely perfect. Gemini listened as her mother called for the Don. It wouldn't be long now... convincing the leader to let her keep the male as a toy... He would be the perfect toy. The little puppy could envision chewing on his face and ripping at his ears. The mere thought made her salivate with hunger. However, her chew-toy vision was broken as she heard the puppies speaking. Craning her head forward and swiveling her ears, Gemini heard a bit of the conversation. Oh, so he wants to run, does he? Gemini cleared her throat loudly and pointedly at the group of prisoner puppies, a clear sign that she had heard. She flicked her ears once at her mother, before gesturing at the surrounding jungle with one paw. Go ahead. Try it, but it won't work. Nothing you do could work, The entire line of over-obvious gestures said. Then, Gemini was distracted once again by the sight of the red puppy. His ears just looked so... chewy! Gemini walked up to him calmly and tried to nip at his ear. "Talking"

The walk to wherever they were been taken was a painful one for Echo, he tripped multiple times because he didn’t have time to check what was in front of him. He had scrapes and bruises all over his body by the time they reached their destination and only then did he have time to sit and rest and take in his surroundings. He sniffed in deeply to try and find out how many were around him and where they were. The amount of wolves around them scared him, they were deep into another territory and with that came trouble. Would this pack kill them like they killed his ma?

He tried to steady himself, to keep himself under control but what was happening was all too much for him. How could other wolves be so cruel? Why could they just let them all go with a warning or something? They were puppies; they hadn’t known it was wrong. He sighed, his face filled with the complexity of the problem and the situation they were in. Maybe he could appeal to the Snake wolf, he could smell her somewhere ahead.

He listened to his brother’s plan with a poker-face, he could not help himself but grin at the end. It was typical him but then again that could be the only way they would survive this. He nodded very slightly and then his mind began to race. It would be better if he created a distraction and he had just the one. After all what did his life mean?

He sat still for a moment, making sure that the snake female was ahead of him and then he made his move. He walked forward, brushing roughly past Rache and heading directly for Isabella. He stopped in front of her, and stared ahead while he put his words together. It was only a momentary pause but one long enough to let her know he was in front of him(hopefully). He mustered up a voice that sounded as adult-like as possible and then let his words pour out, “I know that we have come here without permission and it was bad of us. And I know you are very angry with us because of it” He let that reach her ears before he continued. “But can’t you let us go? Just this once? With a warning? Or a nip, or or or” He grinned as he came up with and idea, “We could pay you back, we could go get you something or do something for you?” He wagged his tail hopefully and gave her his best pleading look. He was a puppy and pleading looks were second nature, even though he could see himself he hoped he was having a good effect.
“Please Maám?” He added at the end, trying to be polite.
